Developers for Jamison Station in Franklin sold out of 95 percent of its mixed-use urban townhome and condominium development, so it's opening phase two for sale.
The project incorporates retail and is next door to The Factory at Franklin.
The first residents will move in by spring.
Phase two include a pool, spa, fitness center, resident's lounge, media center and billiards table.
One-, two- and three-bedroom lofts range from the upper $200,000s to the $600,000s.
